Management is perhaps the most critical component in a successful
relationship between a customer and an EMS provider. Program
Managers must be multi-focused, posses adequate problem-solving
skills and must be proficient in utilizing the tools and techniques
to manage your account activity.
An experienced, trained Program Manager is
assigned to each account and serves as the customer’s
advocate within Federal Electronics. Operating with a continual
sense of urgency, the Program Manager tracks key components
of your project development and execution, and typically focuses
on the following items:
- Quotations
- Order stream maintenance and expediting
- Daily review of ERP schedule alignment tools
- Engineering change orders
- Quality reporting, response, and initiatives
- Periodic review of costs and cost-down efforts
- Excess and obsolete
inventory liability
